More Information

NOTE: Many projects requiring a Building Permit also require other permits such as a zoning permit from the Town Zoning Enforcement Officer and various approvals or permits from the Northeast District Department of Health or other State or Federal Agencies or Departments prior to the issuance of a Building Permit. It is the applicant’s responsibility to manage their project and all applicable applications and permits.
