Special Town Meeting - October 24, 2007

 1. To Choose a Moderator

      Motion passed unanimously to elect Dawn Adiletta as Moderator.

2. To consider and vote upon the following:

RESOLVED, that the Board of Finance recommends the transfer of the unspent balance of $40,640.89 in the Town Aid Road 2006-2007 General Government budget line item to the Town Aid Road Special Revenue Fund to be used for future highway projects. These funds come from the State of Connecticut Town Aid Road Grant.

      Item Two passed unanimously.

3.  To consider and vote upon the following:

RESOLVED, that the Board of Finance recommends the transfer of $25,000 of the unspent balance in the Transfer Station Department of the 2006-2007 General Government budget to the Reserve Fund for Capital and Non-Recurring Expenditures for completion of the Transfer Station Project.

       Item Three passed unanimously.
