New Roxbury Village

Located at 60 Butts Road in Woodstock is owned and operated by the Woodstock Housing Authority.  A five member commission appointed by the Board of Selectmen. 

New Roxbury Village is now accepting applications for immediate openings.  Affordable housing for the elderly and disabled in a quiet country setting. Subject to program restrictions and resident selection criteria.

Current Base Rents are:   Single - $140*;  Double - $160*

*Minimum rent.  May increase based on financial calculation of 31% of adjusted income. Utilities NOT included (electric heat & hot water).

Minimum Income Guideline:  31% of adjusted gross monthly income cannot be less than the base rent.

Maximum Annual Income Guideline:  One Person - $45,100  Two Person:  $51,500

Subject to credit, criminal and eviction check.

Apartments are 350 Square Feet.  Living Room/Kitchen is 13'8" by 10'6"; Bedroom is 9'8" by 10'
