Affordable Housing Survey

The Town of Woodstock Planning & Zoning Commission and Land Use Department are working with Town Planner, Delia Fey, to create an Affordable Housing Plan. Legislation, known as PA (Public Act) 17-170 and PA 21-29 was passed in 2017 and 2021. This legislation require all towns in Connecticut to adopt or amend an Affordable Housing Plan.

The Planning & Zoning Commission is holding two public information meetings on February 3rd and 17th at 7:30 pm. Meetings will be held at the Woodstock Town Hall and can also be attended remotely via zoom. The zoom links are on the PZC agendas, found on the town website.

Please complete the Town of Woodstock Housing Survey, which is meant gauge residents'  views of the current housing supply, attainability/affordability of the housing inventory, and opinions on future needs of the community.
