TOWN OF WOODSTOCK TAX COLLECTOR’S NOTICE
Notice is hereby given to: Tax and Revenue payers of the Town of Woodstock that:
The Amended Tax Bill AND the 2nd Installment of Real Estate, Personal Property, Sewer and the Supplemental Motor Vehicle tax bills, on October 1, 2024 Grand List, are due and payable January 1, 2026. You have until February 2, 2026 to pay these without penalty. ALL BILLS become delinquent on February 3, 2026 and will be subject to interest from January 1, 2026 at the rate of 1.5% per month per CGS 12-246. Minimum interest charge is $2.00. If mailed, postmark must be no later than February 2nd, 2026.
The Amended bill, due to the Board’s invocation of CT Gen ST 12-123, with a 1.37 increase creating a 24.41 mill rate, approved budget, at the July Referendum, due to the Town of Woodstock based upon October 1, 2024 Grand List, is due and payable January 1, 2026. The amended amount due is in the recently mailed billing. You have until February 2, 2026 to pay these without penalty; postmarked or paid after February 2 will be delinquent, please see above.
Payments are payable at our window, online, and in our outside drop box 24/7.

We encourage you to use our online credit card and e-check portal for ease and swiftness of payment: click here or use our secure “silver drop box” available outside Town Hall. No over-the-phone payments will be possible. Please go online to pay. It is the exact program we use at our window.
FAILURE TO RECEIVE A BILL DOES NOT NEGATE YOUR OBLIGATION TO YOUR DEBT OR INTEREST DUE CGS 12-130.
