FINAL 2021 REVALUATION UPDATE

The Town of Woodstock has completed our October 1, 2021 town-wide revaluation of all real property.

Final assessment change notices were mailed out in late January for any property owner whom attended an informal hearing.

The Assessor's office is currently working on the Personal Property and Motor Vehicle portions of the Grand List.  Once those are completed, the 2021 Grand List will be certified, and we expect that to happen no later than February 28, 2022.

For any property owner who is aggrieved by the actions of the assessor, you are entitled to file an appeal with the Board of Assessment Appeals (BAA).  Appeals to the BAA must be received at Town Hall no later than Thursday, March 17, 2022.  USPS postmarks are NOT accepted, and the application must be delivered on or by Thursday, March 17, 2022.

Failure to deliver your application by the March 17, 2022 deadline is considered a waiver of your right to appeal this year.
